Consent

Access to and use of the web portal Xenios Campus provided by  Xenios AG are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and are governed by applicable German law. In accessing and using this website, you recognise these Terms and Conditions without limitation and unconditionally.

Medical information

The Xenios Campus web portal provides authorised groups of users with general information about the company and about products and services offered.

The website states only general information on products, indicators and symptoms. Medical or other advice is not given. 

In the case of contents listed, it may be the case that information provided, particularly information of a regulatory nature, may vary from country to country.   

The information on the website corresponds to applicable German law.

Xenios Campus by Xenios AG – hereinafter referred to as “Xenios” – makes every effort to provide currently valid, correct, complete and high-quality information on the website. Notwithstanding this, it accepts no guarantee of any kind for the current validity, correctness, completeness or quality of information provided. We will, of course, treat these data confidentially and use them only for those purposes for which you have disclosed your personal data to us (e.g. sending of training information, registration).

Transmissions of personal data to state institutions and authorities will take place only in the context of mandatory national statutory provisions. Processing or dissemination to third parties for other purposes will not take place without your consent. We have bound our staff to an obligation of confidentiality.

Our website is visited via an encrypted SSL connection. This, in particular, includes protection of the entering of login and form data against unauthorised access. In order to secure all data stored by us, we employ technical security elements to protect your information against any degradation, loss or unauthorised access. These security precautions are regularly updated and improved with constant technical development. Only you and our administrators have access to the data of your personal Xenios Campus account for the purposes of administering the portal. 

  1. Deletion periods of collected data

The data from your user account, as well as test results, are stored for an indefinite period in order to document learning progress, but can be deleted by you, if and as required, in the portal itself.

Stored personal data will also be deleted or blocked

- if you revoke your consent to storage. You have the option of revoking your consent at any time. The revocation must be made in writing to the postal address given in the company information.

- if knowledge of them is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were stored, or

- if their storage is impermissible for other legal reasons.

The applicable statutory retention periods will be observed. 

  1. Use of cookies

We use so-called cookies on various pages to make visits to our website attractive and enable the use of particular functions. These are small text files which are stored on your terminal.
